Hydroblast Return & Refund Policy

At Hydroblast, we want you to be confident in every purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below before reaching out to our support team.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are accepted only for products that arrive damaged or defective. We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or color selection (unless caused by a fulfillment error on our part)
  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

Time Limit for Claims

All damage claims must be submitted within 1 month (30 days) of the delivery date. Claims submitted after this window will not be eligible for a return or refund.

How to Submit a Claim

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at:

  2. A clear photo or video showing the damage

What Happens Next

Once we receive your claim, our team will review the submitted evidence within a reasonable timeframe. If your claim is approved, we will offer either:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or
  • A replacement product (if available)

You will be notified by email of the outcome of your claim.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to reflect the refund on your statement after it has been processed.
