Hydroblast Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take an additional day or two — we'll notify you by email if there will be a significant delay.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Domestic orders: 7–15 business days
  • International orders: 10–20 business days

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Any applicable shipping promotions (such as free shipping thresholds) will be reflected automatically in your cart.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive this email.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of your order or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Hydroblast is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at the email below — we'll do our best to update it before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can look into it with the carrier. Note that delays caused by the carrier or customs are outside our control, but we'll work with you to find a resolution.

Damaged Items
